I love Madoka Magica! I'm not sure if there is an "official" design for her human form but I just used a pic of her normal form and altered it.
The transparent bg is temporary, a bg will be put on this soon!
I would really appreciate any critique on this! I have a deadline to meet, so I can't fix any problems now, but I will try later.
May or may not be last submission of 2011, it depends on how much work I get done while I'm staying up till tomorrow!
